Are you unable to travel to a Notary? For wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits, or whatever reason it may be, our mobile service is great for you! We can meet you at your location of choice to notarize most documents. If you need to obtain an apostille, We can do that also. We can do the notarization and apostille, or just the apostille. Do you need a document printed out, signed, hand delivered, or mailed out? Document Courier service is available!
We do loan signings/real estate closings. Are you in need of a certified signing agent for a home purchase, refinance, or other real estate closing? We are certified and have a clean background checks through the National Notary Association.
We offer remote online notarization. Securely notarize your documents from the comfort of your home or office in just minutes. Need a notary while traveling? Handle your important legal documents from anywhere in the world with our fully remote, secure online notarization service.

Mobile Travel Fees:
Travel Fees up to 20 miles: $100
20 Miles outside of 78745: $100 + $2 per extra mile
After Hours Fee: $40
Total cost will generally consist of travel fee + notarization fee.
Example for one document: $100 service fee + $10 notarization = $110.
Additional services or distance will cost extra.
Specialty Services
Real Estate Signing Agent Service: Seller closing $200; Buyer closing $250
Estate Plans / Wills and Trust Signings: $150 service fee (per visit, up to 2 people) and $10 for each document.
Please note: you will need to provide 2 disinterested witnesses and they will need to present a current ID.
Texas State Apostille: $250 for the 1st document, $125 for each additional. Shipping fees are additional if applicable. 3-5 day turnaround, rush service may be available for additional $75. Other states may be available and costs vary. Contact us for details.
Federal Apostille: $350 each document. Turnaround time 2-3 weeks.
Remote Online Notary: Call or text for prices
