I am committed to conducting all signings with our safety in mind by following CDC guidelines.
I am fully vaccinated.
Here is the current COVID-19 protocol:
- Masks required.
- Maintain a social distance of 6ft.
- Signings can be conducted outdoors upon request. I can supply a table if needed.
If you cannot, or do not wish to conduct the signing accordingly, please let me know. Thank you.

Mobile Travel Fees:
Travel Fees up to 20 miles: $45
21+ Miles outside of 78745: $45 + $1 per extra mile
After Hours Fee (9pm-11pm): $30
Senior Citizen Discount (65+) 10%
Texas Notary Fees :
| Taking acknowledgments or proofs: | $6.00 for the 1st signature & $1 for each additional signature in the same document |
| Protests | $4.00 + $1.00 for each notice of Protest |
| Certificates & Seals to a Protest | $4.00 |
| Administering an oath or affirmation | $6.00 |
| Swearing a witness for a deposition | $6.00 |
| Certifying a photocopy | $6.00 |
| Providing an uncertified copy from an entry to a notary public’s record book | $.50 per page |
Total fees to expect:
Travel Fee + Notary Fee + After Hours Fee (If applicable) = Total Cost
